Marco Silva of Tottenham will not underestimate his ability and is looking to prove himself again at Fulham.

Fulham will host Tottenham Hotspur in the 28th round of the 2025/26 Premier League season. Manager Marco Silva has stated that his team will not underestimate the Lilywhites' abilities and hopes to prove themselves once again.

Goals from Raul Jimenez and Iwobi secured a 3-1 victory over newly promoted Sunderland in the last round of the Premier League. Returning to winning ways, Fulham currently sit 10th in the table with 37 points.

Tottenham Hotspur, now managed by new manager Igor Tudor, suffered a humiliating 1-4 defeat to Arsenal in the derby last round. Tottenham currently sit 16th in the standings with 29 points, just four points above the relegation zone.

Fulham manager Marco Silva said, "We have to prove ourselves again. We have won our last two home games against them, and we even won our most recent away game, after drawing the previous away game."

“If I remember correctly, we have won three and drawn one of our last four matches against them, but now it’s a new match and we have to prove our strength and what we can do again.”

“I know they are currently ranked below their standards and this season has not been ideal for them, but in my experience I know that these kinds of games are often very tricky, and you can never underestimate a player or a club that wants to bounce back. Hopefully, we won’t give them a good chance to bounce back, but rather we can play our best because we need to be the best version of ourselves.”

Furthermore, Marco Silva emphasized, "Neither I, the players, nor our fans can underestimate our opponents, because that would be a huge mistake. I'm 100% sure we won't do that, because we have the utmost respect for them."
