Regardless of the specifics, to expand the uses of skin fragments, after the version update, players no longer need to frequently check the fragment shop's updates. Simply go to the regular shop, click on any skin, and it will directly show whether it supports skin fragment purchases, the payment method (fragments or points), and if you lack fragments, you can use points if you lack them—a win-win situation. In Season 42, skin fragments and points are calculated in the same unit, increasing their value. This move is very similar to the international version's limited-time points system, where skin fragments are divided into premium and basic, while limited-time points are distributed periodically. The shop's skin sales clearly distinguish between points and limited-time points for purchase.

In conclusion, this store reform has brought all the old items to the skin store at once, saving us the trouble of keeping an eye on the fragment shop updates and eliminating the need to wait for them to return. For example, Lu Ban's Arcade Boy skin requires 288 fragments, and even though I had accumulated enough, it was sold out during that period, which was really frustrating.
