As the runner-up, Gaimin Gladiators received a prize of $150,000 and a team profit of $50,000. Although they failed to defeat Tundra Esports, the result of this competition was the best performance since the lineup change, showing the potential of the team.
BLAST Slam II is one of the top international Dota 2 tournaments, attracting the world's top 10 teams. The competition officially kicked off last week, with the group stage adopting a one-game round-robin format to determine the seeding rankings of each team in the knockout stage.
Tundra Esports also performed well in the group stage, only losing one game against Team Liquid, but this did not affect their advancement. As the top seed, they advanced directly to the semi-finals and eventually won the championship with a strong performance.
This victory further proves the dominance of Tundra Esports, especially in this year's competition, they are still one of the most competitive teams. Whether it is tactical execution, individual strength or team cooperation, Tundra Esports has demonstrated championship-level performance.
