VP Official Announcement: ICY has completed his loan spell at NOVAQ and will officially rejoin the team on April 1st.

Russian CS2 team Virtus.pro announced on Tuesday that Kessar Faiznurov (ID: ICY) has completed his one-month loan spell at NOVAQ. He will officially rejoin the team on April 1st, continuing as VP's substitute player.

VP officially stated that they welcome loan or transfer offers for ICY from all parties.

ICY, 20, is from Kazakhstan and has previously played for AVANGAR, AMKAL, and Cloud9. He joined VP as a sniper in December 2024, and subsequently played 130 maps and participated in 2847 rounds, with an average rating of 1.01.

With the rise of academy player Vladimir Krasikov (ID: b1st), ICY gradually lost his starting position at VP. He was officially moved to the substitute roster in October 2025, and was subsequently loaned out to ALLINNER and NOVAQ to seek more playing experience.

HLTV statistics show that ICY's performance has improved significantly during his loan spell. In the past month, he has played 49 maps and participated in 1037 rounds for NOVAQ, with an average personal rating of 1.19.
