League of Legends Clash players are unhappy with the current state of competitive play

While Riot Games is working to repair the rift with the League of Legends community, Clash players remain unhappy with the current state of the competitive mode.
The core concept of Clash is to provide players with an experience close to professional competitions, allowing them to form teams and compete for championships. However, Riot recently decided to introduce more entertainment modes to Clash events, including ARAM (Arabic ARAM) and ARURF (All Random Ultimate Rapid Fire), which led to a reduction in the traditional Summoner's Rift schedule. After the latest ARURF Clash event, players' complaints have become louder and louder.
In a Reddit discussion post, a large number of players expressed dissatisfaction with the inclusion of this "entertainment" mode in Clash, believing that it relies too much on RNG (randomness) and cannot provide a true competitive experience at all, while ARAM Clash can at least retain a certain tactical depth. "I won't participate again. This is the most boring experience I've ever had playing League of Legends. I finally formed a team, but the feeling of competition is completely gone," said one player.
Although both ARAM and ARURF have a mechanism for randomly assigning heroes, most players believe that ARAM still provides a higher degree of teamwork. One player commented: "ARAM requires more teamwork, and even with random heroes, you can still make tactical adjustments based on the lineup, which makes the game more interesting. ARURF is completely random, and it is difficult to seriously formulate a strategy because the entire mode itself breaks the balance of the game."
In addition to dissatisfaction with the mode, players are also frustrated by the erratic schedule of the traditional Summoner's Rift Clash. Before the most recent developer update, Clash events were not held monthly, causing players who liked the standard mode to wait weeks or even months to form a team to participate. Although Riot has announced that Clash will return to being held monthly, it is not clear how many of these will include these "entertainment mode" competitions.
Players are still waiting for further response from Riot, hoping that Clash can return to its original competitive essence rather than being eroded by a large number of "entertainment modes."
