Official announcement: JBa has officially joined Wildcard and will replace HexT as rifler.

M80's CS2 team announced on Tuesday that American rifler Josh Barut (ID: JBa) has officially joined from Wildcard. He will replace Jaden Postma (ID: HexT), whose contract expired and was not renewed, to compete in Fragadelphia Miami from January 2nd to 4th next year.

Before joining M80, JBa had played for Wildcard for two years. During that time, he played on 401 maps and participated in 8419 rounds, with an average rating of 1.13, and was considered a rising star in the North American region.

However, JBa has been sidelined since Wildcard put the entire team on the transfer list and benched them in November. Although they reached the top 16 in the Perfect World Shanghai Major in 2025, their performance subsequently declined, and they ultimately failed to qualify for the StarLadder Budapest Major.
