Hanwha Life Esports advances to the finals, Zeus and Zeka post-match interview

In the semi-finals of First Stand 2025, Hanwha Life Esports (HLE) swept TES 3-0 and successfully advanced to the finals. After the game, HLE top laner Zeus and mid laner Zeka shared their feelings about the game and looked forward to the upcoming finals.

What are the different feelings when facing TES again? What do you think of the victory?

Zeus: I personally made some mistakes today, but my teammates played very well, which enabled us to win 3-0. I think the difference between this game and the previous ones is that TES's jungler and support were more aggressive when roaming.

You played 8 different heroes in 12 games. What do you think about this? Will there be more new heroes in the finals?

Zeus: Throughout the tournament, I tried a lot of different heroes and found a lot of advantages in the choices, so there were so many hero rotations. However, when it comes to the finals, I am still not sure whether I will choose a new hero or continue to use the characters I am familiar with before.

Yesterday, Peanut said that the team's selections of Zed, Quinn and Kayle are "real winning strategies" rather than risky heroes that are only used against weak teams. But today's BP selections were basically conventional, except for Vladimir. Do you prefer traditional tactics against TES?

Zeka: Actually, some of the special hero selections before were all for preparations for BO5s like today. There were a lot of experiments and adjustments, and the selections for the first, second, and third games today were relatively standard. However, the heroes that seemed like "dark horses" or "unique moves" before were more for paving the way for the fourth and fifth games.

Who do you think should be the MVP of this game?

Zeus: I think our mid laner and jungler performed very well today, so I would choose Zeka.

Zeka: I think Zeus withstood the pressure and survived the frequent top lane attacks from TES in this game, so I would choose Zeus.

Tomorrow you will play against Karmine Corp, who made a comeback in the playoffs and eventually advanced to the finals. What do you think of this game? Are you confident, or do you think they can cause an upset?

Zeus: The last time we played against Karmine Corp, I realized that they have great potential, and a small mistake on our part could change the outcome of the game. I believe tomorrow's game will be very intense, but considering the current state of my teammates, I believe we can win the championship.
