Team Vitality and Eternal Fire advance to the semifinals of BLAST Open Spring 2025

The group stage of BLAST Open Spring 2025 of "Counter-Strike 2" has ended. Team Vitality and Eternal Fire led their groups and successfully advanced to the semi-finals.

There are a total of 16 participating teams in the BLAST Open Spring 2025 group stage, divided into two groups of 8 teams, using a double-elimination system, and a maximum of two losses will result in elimination. The top three teams in each group will advance to the playoffs, the group winner will directly advance to the semifinals, and the second and third teams in the group will start from the quarterfinals.

Team Vitality and Eternal Fire finished first in their respective groups in the group stage and directly qualified for the semi-finals of the playoffs. However, MOUZ, Natus Vincere, Team Spirit and G2 Esports also advanced to the playoffs, and these four teams will start from the quarter-finals.

With the group stage successfully concluded at BLAST Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark, BLAST Open Spring 2025 will have a three-day break. The playoffs will be held at MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal from March 28 to 30. The quarterfinals, semifinals and finals will be held in sequence.

It is said that the total prize pool of BLAST Open Spring 2025 is $400,000, of which $330,000 will be distributed in the playoffs. The winning team can win $150,000, and all teams that advance to the playoffs can get at least $20,000 in prize money.
