BLAST announced on its official Twitter account on Tuesday that the 2026 BLAST Rivals Season 1 will be held in North America.
According to BLAST's official statement, the 2026 BLAST Rivals Season 1 will be held from April 27 to May 3, and more details about this tournament will be announced soon.
It is worth mentioning that this will be the second time in recent years that BLAST has held a world-class Counter Strike 2 tournament in North America after the Austin Major this year.
The first edition of BLAST Rivals just ended in Copenhagen a few days ago.
In the final, Danish powerhouse Team Vitality defeated Saudi powerhouse Team Falcons 3:2 and won the championship for the fifth time in a row.
The next BLAST Rivals will be held in East Asia in November this fall, when eight teams from all over the world will compete for a prize of $125,000.
