Tundra Esports wins BLAST Slam championship

In the Dota 2 BLAST Slam III finals held on May 12, the Western European powerhouse Tundra Esports defeated Team Falcons 3-1 and successfully defended the series championship.

This is the second time Tundra Esports has won the championship after winning BLAST Slam II in February this year, and it is also the third championship they have won in 2024. In this final, Tundra Esports showed great dominance.

In the first game, Tundra Esports crushed Team Falcons with a kill ratio of 31 to 12, easily winning the first game in just 27 minutes. The second game was a stalemate for 52 minutes, and in the end, Tundra Esports broke through the defense and won another game.

Although Team Falcons fought back tenaciously in the third game and won a game in just 38 minutes, Tundra Esports once again controlled the rhythm in the fourth game. Tundra Esports won the first prize of $300,000 in BLAST Slam III and received an additional $100,000 in team bonuses, while Team Falcons received $200,000 as runner-up reward.

It is worth noting that Tundra Esports will continue to strive for three consecutive championships in BLAST Slam IV, which will be held from November 7 to 9.
