Premier League - Trossard scores as Arsenal beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1

The 21st round of the 2024/25 Premier League ushered in a North London derby. The "Gunners" Arsenal, sitting at the Emirates Stadium, defeated the "White Lily" Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 with an own goal and Trossard's goal.

Three minutes into the game, Arsenal created a chance with a diagonal pass, but the ball was cleared by the opponent when Sterling stepped forward to receive it. In the 9th minute, Arsenal got a free kick opportunity, Odegaard kicked the ball to the front of the goal, but the ball was saved by Tottenham goalkeeper Kinski.

In the 13th minute, Odegaard passed the ball and Trossard shot from the penalty area but was blocked by Tottenham defender Draculasin. In the 17th minute, Arsenal got another free kick. Odegaard's penalty hit the wall, and Trossard shot after receiving the ball but was blocked by the opponent.

In the 22nd minute, Tottenham Hotspur counterattacked with a corner kick. Kulusevski stopped the ball in the melee and pushed it, but the ball was blocked by Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya. In the 25th minute, Tottenham Hotspur's corner kick was cleared, and Son Heung-min got the ball and shot low, helping Tottenham Hotspur take the lead 1-0.

In the 40th minute, Arsenal got a corner kick opportunity. Gabriel headed the ball in the face of the defense, and the ball hit Solanke and bounced into the net, allowing Arsenal to tie the score at 1-1. In the 44th minute, Odegaard passed the ball, Trossard followed up and broke into the penalty area and scored a long shot, helping Arsenal to overtake 2-1.
