LA Clippers Chairman Steve Ballmer and his wife to donate $15 million to those affected by deadly LA wildfires

Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer and his wife will donate $15 million to those affected by the deadly wildfires in Los Angeles.

"We love Los Angeles and are committed to supporting the communities impacted by these devastating wildfires," Steve Ballmer said of the financial commitment.

It is reported that Steve Ballmer's group announced the donation on its website and said the money will be used to address urgent food and shelter needs in the community and support first responders.

"We love Los Angeles and hope this donation will help the historic and ethnically diverse Altadena community," said Steve Ballmer.

The Ballmer Group is also involved in the preparations for the FireAid concert, which will be held on January 30 at the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum, the latter of which is also a sports arena owned by Ballmer.

"We know the Los Angeles region has a long road to recovery, and we are committed to supporting our community," said Steve Ballmer.

Their donations covered four wildfire relief funds, two emergency shelter and emergency housing funds, two food and basic needs groups, two first responder groups and nine groups supporting basic needs of students and families.
