Russian online media outlet reported that Brazilian Counter Strike 2 club MIBR is interested in signing former PARIVISION In-Game Leader Qikert..

Russian online media outlet CS2NEWS exclusively reported on Sunday that Brazilian Counter Strike 2 club MIBR is interested in signing former PARIVISION In-Game Leader Qikert.

According to the media outlet, while the two teams have yet to officially announce the deal, the three parties have already reached an agreement on the transfer.

If the deal goes through, Qikert would become the second CIS player to join MIBR after kl1m.

About Qikert

The 26-year-old Qikert, was born on January 1, 1999 in Kazakhstan, primarily plays as a AWP-er, but can also play as a In-Game Leader.

Qikert has been a professional Counter Strike 2 (CS2) esports player since 2015.

In his early years, he played for AVANGAR, virtus.pro (VP), Outsiders, and on-loan for Into The Breach (ITB). He won the DreamHack Rio Major, Flashpoint Season 2, and the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Rio Major with the team.

In January 2024, Qikert joined PARIVISION.

Initially, for much of the year, the team was eliminated early in online tournaments and qualifiers. Even after removing Jerry and bringing in Alpha, PARIVISION's performance remained stagnant. Their only bright spot was advancing to the Perfect World Shanghai Major European RMR, where they ultimately finished last and were eliminated.

In January of this year, PARIVISION brought in Jame and benched ArtFr0st, reuniting him with Qikert.

During his six-month tenure with PARIVISION, Qikert achieved a runner-up finish in the CCT Season 3 European Series 1, but was benched in July due to his inconsistent performances.
