Eastern European powerhouse PARIVISION defeated Xtreme Gaming to advance to the top three of TI 2025

In the winner's bracket semi-finals of The International (TI) 2025, the Eastern European powerhouse PARIVISION swept the Chinese powerhouse Xtreme Gaming 2-0, becoming the first team to advance to the winner's bracket finals, while securing at least a top-three finish and a prize of more than $230,000 USD.

Xtreme Gaming performed strongly in the group stage, securing the top seed with a perfect record and advancing directly to the knockout stage. In contrast, PARIVISION's road to advancement was more tortuous.

PARIVISION finished the group stage with a mere 3 wins and 2 losses, including losses to Team Tidebound and BetBoom, forcing them to compete in the elimination rounds. They ultimately defeated North American team Wildcard to secure their spot in the knockout rounds. On the first day of the elimination rounds, PARIVISION and Xtreme defeated HEROIC and Tundra Esports, respectively, to advance to the upper bracket semifinals.

In the final match, PARIVISION demonstrated their formidable strength. They won the first game in just 30 minutes, and then secured another victory in the second after a grueling 52-minute battle, effectively ending the series. With this victory, PARIVISION not only ended Xtreme's five-game winning streak but also disrupted the Chinese team's strong start to TI 2025.

In the other Upper Bracket semifinal, Team Falcons defeated Bet Boom 2-1. PARIVISION will next face Falcons in the Upper Bracket final for a spot in the Grand Finals. Xtreme, having fallen into the Lower Bracket, will face elimination in the Quarterfinals to continue their TI 2025 journey.
