Conte: There is no invincible team

The 22nd round of the 2024/25 Serie A season will see another highlight, with Napoli hosting Juventus. Conte said no team is unbeatable and insisted he has a squad that he is happy with.

After goals from Politano, McTominay and Lukaku, Napoli defeated Atalanta 3-2 away in the last round of the league. After winning six games in a row, Napoli currently ranks first in the standings with 50 points, 3 points ahead of Inter Milan, which is in second place.

In addition, Juventus defeated AC Milan 2-0 in the last round and ranked fifth in the standings with 37 points. They are still on track to qualify for the Champions League and are currently maintaining an unbeaten record.

Napoli coach Conte said, "There is no invincible team. Sooner or later, they will suffer defeat, and failure is an inevitable part of life. Juventus is also participating in the Champions League this season. It is also a top club, just like the two clubs in Milan. They must be respected greatly. They have a long history and aim to win the championship every year."

"I won't do anything special, but we need to be constructive. I'm happy with the squad we have and this is a team I can play with."

Speaking of the transfer market, Conte said, "Every transfer window can make the team better, if not now, then in June. This is necessary because we want to return to the European arena and our current squad is indeed a bit thin."
