After being relegated to the bench for three months, Sashi's IceBerg officially announced his departure.


Danish CS2 professional team Sashi officially announced on Wednesday that it has parted ways with Oliver Berg (ID: IceBerg) effective immediately.


Since joining Sashi in April 2024, IceBerg has played 491 maps and 10,660 rounds for the team, achieving a KAST of 67.2% and an average rating of just 0.98. His last appearance for Sashi was against Iberian Soul on May 28, 2025, before being relegated to the bench.


Regarding IceBerg's departure, Sashi said in a brief farewell statement: "Thank you for the wonderful times, precious memories and hard work you brought to Sashi. We sincerely wish you all the best in the future and hope to have the opportunity to meet again in the future."


According to multiple sources, IceBerg will return to Tricked after a two-year absence, replacing Valdemar Bjorn Vonthor (ID: valde) as the team's leader. The 25-year-old IceBerg, a renowned Danish Counter-Strike player, has a deep connection to his country's Tricked team. He initially joined the Tricked academy in November 2018 and played for the team for six months.


In September 2021, IceBerg officially began his second Tricked career. By the time he left the team in May 2023, he had played in 481 maps and 12,888 rounds, with a KAST of 65.0% and an average rating of 1.04.


Besides Tricked and Sashi, IceBerg has also played for CS teams such as Vulture, Ambush, Singularity, and Espionage. According to HLTV statistics, he has played on 1,402 maps and participated in 34,018 rounds in his career, with a KAST of 66.2% and an average rating of 1.04.
