Korean media: LCK officials provide training for players and coaches, covering competition system reform, contracts, and asset management

The League of Legends Korea (LCK) held a training event yesterday at the LCK Arena located at LoL Park in Jongno District, Seoul, Korean media reported on Friday.
This training is mainly for the players and coaching teams of the LCK teams in the 2025 season, with a total of more than 150 people participating. The training officially started at 12 noon. The LCK official first introduced the new competition system reform plan for the 2025 season LCK and LCK CL leagues, focusing on the new competition operation mode and major rules and regulations, as well as the adjustment of the balanced spending system (SFR) after the competition system change. LCK also detailed the main changes in the 2025 season, including changes to the LoL game, the direction of e-sports development promoted by Riot Games, and even global behavioral norms.
At 2 pm, the training entered a special session for players of different years: first-year players of LCK and LCK CL received training on standard contracts, legal affairs, and interview skills, while second-year players and above received guidance on social media use, media response skills, etc. LCK also arranged a personal asset management course for the players to help them plan and manage their finances properly.
