TheShy reached his 50th World Championship appearance as Varus

The League of Legends World Championship, a globally anticipated esports event, is the pinnacle of competitive action for every professional player. Invictus Gaming's TheShy chose to play Varus against T1, marking his 50th appearance at the World Championship. This milestone not only demonstrates his years of perseverance and success on the field, but also makes him the 50th professional player, following Doran, to achieve this feat.  

Since winning the League of Legends World Championship with his team in 2018, TheShy has become a global legend in the top lane. With his powerful mechanics and unique understanding, he has revolutionized top lane play. Despite some adjustments in recent years, he remains at the top of his game. His return to the World Championship and the 50th crucial match of his career demonstrates that he has not only achieved past glory but continues to build on his legacy.  

For any player, 50 World Championship appearances not only symbolize the accumulation of years, but also demonstrate their consistent competitive form and the team's deep trust.
