Team Spirit roster changes, core offlaner Collapse temporarily rests.

Team Spirit officially announced that their star offlaner, Collapse, will be absent from two upcoming tournaments due to undisclosed personal reasons.

Collapse will miss PREMIER SERIES 1 from April 1st to 11th, and the highly anticipated PGL Wallachia Season 8 from April 16th to 26th. During this period, 21-year-old Ukrainian youngster Batyuk from their youth academy team Yellow Submarine will start as a substitute.

Collapse's break is expected to last nearly a month, a move seen as a self-adjustment before the busy mid-season. It is speculated that he will officially return in May for DreamLeague Season 29 and BLAST Slam VII, preparing for the Esports World Cup in July and The International 2026 (TI) in August.

Currently, Team Spirit, as the defending champion, has secured a direct invitation to the Esports World Cup and is ranked fifth in the TI direct invitation points leaderboard, putting them in a very favorable position to qualify.

Batyuk, who replaced the player in this match, previously played for the Eastern European team Passion UA. Team Spirit has a tradition of drawing talented players from its internal youth training system. Previously, players from Yellow Submarine successfully filled the vacancies of mid laner Larl's long break and carry player Yatoro's position.

Next, Batyuk will make his debut with the team in PREMIER SERIES 1, competing against teams such as Team Liquid and PARIVISION. Following that, the team will face their real test in the PGL Wallachia Season 8, with a prize pool of $1 million.
