Counter Strike 2: ENCE rifler Neityu officially joins FaZe as stand-in..

American Counter Strike 2 esports powerhouse FaZe announced on Friday via their official X (Twitter) account that ENCE's rifler Neityu will be joining the team as a stand-in.

According to reports, Neityu will be standing-in for FaZe at the BLAST Rivals Season 1, the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Atlanta, and Staked Ranked Episode 2.

Rumours of Neityu joining FaZe as a stand-in were previously leaked by Croissant Strike insider neL, and they have now been confirmed.

Neityu will fill the vacancy left by the departure of In-Game Leader karrigan.

The 36-year-old player, who holds dual Danish and German citizenship, was recently officially announced to have joined the Saudi state-owned esports powerhouse Falcons.

Meanwhile, karrigan will replace the benched kyxsan as Falcons' new In-Game Leader.

Furthermore, neL also revealed that FaZe's new In-Game Leader is expected to be support player Twistzz.

Neityu will reunite with head coach enkay J after joining FaZe.

The two worked closely together at ENCE for the past two years.

Neityu, born on August 3, 2005, in France, is only 20 years old. He became a professional Counter Strike esports player in 2021, playing as a rifler.

Neityu previously played for GenOne, LDLC, PIGNOUF, Nakama, and MOUZ NXT before joining ENCE in October 2024.

Neityu has been on hiatus since March 11th. At that time, ENCE benched all its players to focus on developing Finnish talent. During his nea 18-month stint with ENCE, the 20-year-old averaged a rating of 1.06.
