Emil Kraft signs contract extension with Newcastle United


Emil Kraft, who currently plays for Newcastle United, has signed a contract extension with the club, and the player will stay at the club until the end of the 2025-26 season.  

 

Emil Kraft has been with Newcastle United since joining from French side Amiens in 2019 and has made 93 appearances for the club so far. This season, Emil Kraft has made eight appearances in all competitions, including his return from a collarbone injury in the 3-2 Emirates FA Cup win over Birmingham City earlier this month.  

 

After signing the new contract, Emil Kraft said: "I am delighted to be staying at Newcastle United for another year. It is a great pleasure to be part of this club."  

 

"We still have a lot to do in the remaining time of the season and I look forward to playing an important role in helping the team finish the season on a positive note."  

 

"My family and I have been here for such a long time and it feels like home here. We all really enjoy being part of this club and I love giving my all for Newcastle United."  

 

Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe said: "I am delighted that we have been able to sign Emil Kraft to a new contract. The player has shown incredible professionalism in his conduct both in training and in matches.
