Wellington: I will try my best to add glory to this jersey

Wellington, the left-back who currently plays for Southampton, said he would try his best to do his best, give everything for the team and defend his jersey.  

Wellington joined Southampton after the end of the season at Sao Paulo, and the player has not played in an official game since joining the team. Therefore, it will take some time for Wellington to adapt.  

Still, he is delighted to be playing in the Premier League and helping his new team-mates through the second half of the season and beyond.  

"I'm very happy to be here and to be a part of this Southampton football club," said Werrington. "I'm really happy to be here and to be playing in the Premier League."  

"Whenever I step onto the pitch, I always try to do my best. Therefore, the team can count on me. I will do my best to help the team, both on and off the pitch, and the fans can absolutely trust me to give everything I have with my heart."  

"As long as I am at Southampton, I will fight for this club. I will try my best to add glory to this jersey. I have been here for a short time, but being able to wear this jersey with my teammates is already a unique experience for me."
