aNc Legends will replace Macko Esports, who has temporarily withdrawn from League of Legends, to participate in the 2025 Spring Split

The Italian League of Legends professional tournament LIT (Lega Italiana Tornei) officially announced that aNc Legends will participate in the 2025 Spring Split, replacing Macko Esports who was absent due to temporary withdrawal from the League of Legends project.

This news was released by LIT official through the X platform. After bidding farewell to Macko Esports, LIT immediately said: "Welcome aNc Legends to officially join LIT, they will participate in this spring season. Are you ready? The excitement is about to begin!"

aNc Legends is a newly formed team, born on January 28, 2024, and currently has limited experience in the professional arena. Previously, their only official event was the 2025 Blooming Talents Winter Tournament, where they successfully defeated The Gulls Esports to win the championship, showing great potential.

The young team will compete with Axolotl, Colossal Gaming, Eko Esports, GMBLERS Esports and Zena Esports for the 2025 EMEA Masters Spring Season qualification.

Macko Esports, which was originally scheduled to participate in the competition, suddenly announced on the eve of the spring season that it would suspend its participation in the League of Legends ecosystem. Its CEO personally confirmed this strategic adjustment. Later, LIT quickly confirmed that Macko officially withdrew from this event.

For aNc Legends, this is their first time to step into the top LIT stage, and it is also a key step towards higher-level competitions in Europe. It is worth looking forward to whether they can continue their dark horse trend in the winter season and become the biggest variable in the spring season.
