Marcos Senesi is happy to return from injury and hopes to get more points for the team

Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi has been out since last November's win over Wolves. However, Marcos Senesi has made great efforts in his recovery and is expected to return in the next game.  

In the FA Cup match against Manchester City, Marcos Senesi played 85 minutes as the core of the team's defense. With these playing time, Marcos Senesi is very much looking forward to playing for his team before the last 9 Premier League games of this season, the first of which is the match against Ipswich.  

Marcos Senesi said: "I went through four months of training and this is the first time I have suffered a long-term injury as a footballer. When I was absent, the team performed well and my teammates did well. I was frustrated because this is the first time I have been out for a long time due to surgery."  

"No matter what, I have to stay strong and recover from the injury so that I can get back to the team as soon as possible. I was injured in the game against Wolves because of a sliding tackle. I felt as if someone hit my leg. I thought I could avoid surgery, but it was not the case and I had to have surgery. Although it was a long process, fortunately I am back now."  

“I want to fight for the team and Bournemouth have been doing really well so far, which is really commendable. I had a good start to the season before I got injured, so it’s healthy competition for everyone here.”  

"We still have nine games to play, and the opponents are very strong. Each game will be a difficult one. However, our goal is to achieve a better record in the league, and to do this we need to win the game."
