Bellingham said Real Madrid was not in form throughout the game and Arsenal played well

After the 0-3 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham made no secret of his frustration, saying bluntly "we were not in form at all" and believed that the loss was "lucky."

In the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final, Arsenal had a fantastic night at home. After the game, Bellingham was blunt in an interview: "To be honest, we were lucky to lose only three games. It's a fact that we didn't get into the state at all throughout the game. And Arsenal played very well."

Although Arsenal's first two goals came from set pieces, Bellingham did not use this as an excuse: "I know their two goals were free kicks, but they had many more chances than these two. If they had been a little less lucky, the score might have been worse."

This defeat puts Real Madrid in a passive position in the two-leg knockout match, and they must complete a comeback in the second leg at the Bernabeu on April 16. Before that, Arsenal will play against Brentford in the Premier League this weekend, striving to continue their strong form.
