MidOne comes off the bench to help Tundra Esports in the PGL Wallachia S4 playoffs

MidOne, a well-known Malaysian Dota 2 player, has officially announced his return to the game and will represent Tundra Esports as a substitute in the PGL Wallachia Season 4 playoffs.

Tundra Esports performed well in this tournament, winning three games and losing one game in the group stage, and successfully advanced to the quarterfinals. However, the original No. 3 player 33 temporarily left the team for undisclosed reasons, and the team immediately used MidOne as a substitute.

It is worth mentioning that MidOne has briefly served as Tundra Esports coach during the group stage to assist in tactical guidance. This is MidOne's second time in the team's uniform after serving as a substitute for Tundra Esports in October last year. It is also his first official game in six months.

MidOne was once the most representative mid laner in Southeast Asia. He came to prominence after reaching the semi-finals of the International Invitational with Fnatic in 2016, and joined the European giants Team Secret at the end of 2017.

During his time with Team Secret, MidOne won two Major titles and placed fourth again in the 2019 International Invitational, making him a representative of the world's top mid laners at the time. He then moved to OG and returned to Southeast Asia to establish Team SMG. Despite his ups and downs, his career has always attracted much attention.

This return is of great significance to MidOne, not only because it allows him to step onto the international stage again, but also provides him with a stage to prove himself again. He will face the Western European powerhouse Team Liquid with Tundra Esports in the next winner's quarterfinals.
