Shai Gilgeous-Alexander tops NBA Kia MVP list

The NBA Kia MVP rankings changed this week, with Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander taking the top spot.

Gilgeous-Alexander has been amazing in the past few weeks. In the game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Boston Celtics, Gilgeous-Alexander assisted his teammates to complete a dunk that shocked the audience, allowing the Oklahoma City Thunder to extend their winning streak to 15 games.

Although Gilgeous-Alexander's performance has been enough to allow him to surpass Nikola Jokic, their competition is far from over. Jokic dropped to No. 2 in this week's Kia MVP rankings and still has a chance to catch up with the top spot.
