Shushei joined Fnatic in March 2011 and became a founding member of its League of Legends team.

During his time at Fnatic, Shushei made a splash with his then-teammate, now Astralis shareholder xPeke, and jungler WetDreaM, as they won the first League of Legends World Championship with a 2:1 victory over against All Authority in the finals, and was selected as MVP.
