Aurora Gaiming and Team Spirit join forces to advance into BLAST Slam 3

In the first round of the BLAST Slam 3 knockout stage, Team Spirit and Aurora Gaming both defeated their opponents with strong performances and both advanced to the second round.

Team Spirit defeated Team Liquid 2–1

In last night's focus battle, two-time TI champion Team Spirit lost the first game, but relied on its tenacious ability to win two games in a row and sent PGL Wallachia third-place Team Liquid home.

Team Spirit completed a comeback in the first game and won. However, in the second game, Team Liquid won with miCKe's Force of Nature and Insania's Tinker's line pressure, tying the score to 1-1.

In the final round, Team Spirit dominated the rhythm from the beginning and secured the victory with a clean record of 35 minutes. This victory not only demonstrated Team Spirit's dominance in the unfavorable situation, but also allowed them to continue to impact deeper rounds in BLAST Slam 3.

Aurora Gaming swept BetBoom Team 2–0

Meanwhile, Eastern European rookie Aurora Gaming also defeated BetBoom Team with an overwhelming advantage, winning their first playoff game. Aurora Gaming performed well in the first game, winning 23–7 in 35 minutes.

In the second game, Aurora Gaming's stable output completely suppressed BetBoom's magic burst point, and the game was a foregone conclusion. This Eastern European lineup, which was reorganized in February, continued its outstanding performance for nearly three months.
