Ange Postecoglou criticises team for being too negative

Tottenham lost 1-2 to Arsenal, and coach Angel Postecoglou criticized the team's performance for not being good enough and being too negative, which gave Arsenal a chance.

"We did that against Liverpool seven days ago. Tonight, especially in the first half, we were too negative and that was unacceptable. I was disappointed with the second goal and the performance was not at the level we needed to be at.

When asked by reporters how to turn around the team's current state, Postecoglu said: "There is no choice, no magic can cure it all. You have to get up tomorrow, continue to work hard, prepare for Sunday's game against Everton, to meet and turn around our luck and the season."

"There won't be some magical change, there are reasons behind all these things and the reality is that our performances and results in the league are nowhere near good enough. That has to change."
