Bournemouth completes the signing of young Chelsea winger Zain Silcott-Duberry..


Bournemouth announced on its official website on Saturday that the club has signed English winger Zain Silcott-Duberry from Chelsea.


According to Bournemouth's official statement, Silcott-Duberry has signed on a long-term five-and-a-half-year deal with the club which runs until the summer of 2030.


After completing his joining procedures, Silcott-Duberry, who was interviewed by Bournemouth's official website for the first time, said: "I am very happy. This is a new journey for me, which is very important. I believe in being ambitious, being myself, and exploring the best career, so I came."


"You see the squad that the club is building. It helps me a lot, and I also see the debut of young players."

About Zain Silcott-Duberry


Silcott-Duberry, who is only 19 years old, was born in Hackney, England on July 9, 2005. He is 1.86 meters tall and primarily plays as a left winger. He can also play as a right winger or left midfielder. He has dual nationalities of England and Montserrat.


Silcott-Duberry played for Norwich City's youth academy when he was a child. He joined Chelsea's youth academy at the age of 12 and began to play for Chelsea's U21s team in 2023.


During his eight-year spell with the Blues, Silcott-Duberry played 65 times for the Premier League giants' U21s team in all competitions, scoring 6 goals and providing 7 assists.
