BLG made a strong attack and swept GAM 3-0 and advanced to the winner group to face G2

On June 29th, in the qualifying stage of the 2025 League of Legends Mid-Season Championship (MSI), BLG, the representative of the Chinese LPL region, faced GAM Esports, a strong team in the Vietnamese region. In the end, BLG swept the opponent with a big score of 3-0, refused to be a "prisoner of war" in Vietnam, and advanced into the winner group. It will compete with the veteran European powerhouse G2 for a place in the MSI main competition.

In the first game, BLG chose the blue team lineup of Anbesa, Poppy, Taliyah, Jhin and Minotaur to face GAM 's combination of Rumble, Treant, Corki, Varus and Titan. In the early stage of the game, the two sides had a fierce confrontation in the bottom lane. Within 3 minutes, Beichuan Poppy's support in the bottom lane failed to gain an advantage. GAM killed Alistar with Artemis Varus and got the first blood, forming a 2- for - 2 exchange . Then BLG gradually took over the rhythm of the game . In the 14- minute dragon group, Knight 's Taliyah's output exploded, and cooperated with ON Alistar to get a wave of three kills. At 16 minutes, Bin 's Anbesa in the bottom lane faced a tower dive and killed two people with limited blood . At 28 minutes , the mid-lane team battle started again. In the second game, GAM chose Sion, Wei, Ahri, Tristana and Rakan on the blue side, while BLG chose Aatrox, Monkey King, Annie, Ezreal and Rell. In the third game, GAM chose Neeko, Miss Fortune, Jarvan, Shepherd and Viktor, while BLG responded with Xin Zhao, Policewoman, Karma, Alola and Crocodile. At the beginning , Beichuan 's Xin Zhao quickly launched a three-on-two attack on the bottom lane, perfectly crossing the tower to kill the GAM bottom lane duo and get the first blood. At 5 minutes, he invaded the jungle again and cooperated with the bottom lane to kill Levi . At 6 minutes, Bin's top lane Crocodile achieved a single kill of Kiaya's Shepherd, and BLG established a rhythm advantage early. At 11 minutes, the economic lead reached 5K .
