On July 24 , the LPL Summer Season ushered in a focus duel, WBG faced the veteran powerhouse WE. Despite losing the first game, WBG won two games in a row with excellent team battle execution and tacit cooperation, completing a comeback from 1 to 2, winning a key victory and continuing to consolidate its position in the standings.

The first game was fast-paced, with frequent exchanges of fire between the two teams in the early stages. In the mid-game, WE tried to find a breakthrough by starting a team fight with Wei. At 18:40 , WE killed Viktor first in the jungle, but WBG quickly gathered to make a one-for-four and controlled the little dragon.

At 25 minutes, WBG controlled the dragon again and started the game. At 26 minutes and 30 seconds, Wei used her ultimate to kill Monkey King in the grass, and WE failed to control the dragon and was wiped out. At 30 minutes , WBG pushed forward in the middle lane, and Monkey King forced a breakthrough in front of the front tower and was killed by concentrated fire. WBG ended the game.
