On August 2nd , the LPL Summer Split continued, with Team TT facing LGD. Ultimately, LGD, with precise teamfight execution and steady tempo control, defeated Team TT 2-0, adding another victory. In both games, Team TT's two carries were instantly eliminated by concentrated fire in several crucial teamfights, becoming the turning point in the game.

Less than six minutes into the game, TT attempted to invade the jungle to establish an advantage, but due to a poor decision, they were dealt a triple kill by LGD's Rumble. LGD then took control of two Broodlings, leaving TT with only one Dragon. In the 15th minute of the mid-game, LGD initiated two teamfights. The jungler and marksman's ultimates coordinated perfectly, with Jhin's steady output completing the "one-shot, one-kill" kill, helping LGD take down the Rift Herald and Dragon in quick succession, seizing the initiative.

Entering the 24th minute, LGD maintained their pressure, with the jungler and support repeatedly invading TT's jungle to limit the Troll's growth.
