Official: MIBR loaned G2 youth sniper kl1m

Brazilian professional Counter-Strike II team MIBR announced on Tuesday that former G2 Academy player kl1m has joined the team on loan. The 19-year-old will replace Rafael Costa, who has struggled recently, in the AWP role and will join the team in the ESL Challenger League South America tournament early next month.

kl1m officially joined G2 as a youth player in September 2024. To date, he has played in 70 maps, participated in 1,470 rounds, and achieved 1,236 kills, with an average rating of 1.25. He is considered one of the rising stars in Russian esports, but has never experienced the test of a major tournament.

The addition of kl1m marks MIBR's transition to an international roster, following in the footsteps of Chinese team FURIA, which previously signed Daniil Golubenko (ID: molodoy), a similarly inexperienced Eastern European player, and ultimately found success.

With the arrival of kl1m, MIBR's current roster is as follows:

Commander/Rifleman: Rafael Lacerda (ID: exit)

Rifleman: Breno Poletto (ID: brnz4n)

Rifleman: Felipe Yugi (ID: insani)

Rifleman: Nicolas Polonio (ID: nicks)

Sniper: Klimenti Krivosheev (ID: kl1m)

Coach: Jonathan Silva (ID: jnt)

Substitute: Rafael Costa (ID: saffee)
