Looking at recent data, Ying Zheng has reached Tier 3, with a win rate of 51.1% and a play rate of 5.7%, indicating a low user base. Zhao Yun was actually buffed once in August. As a jungler in the same T3 tier, he only has a 49.3% win rate and a 6.1% appearance rate.
