CS2: Spirit Club youth team players discriminate against Imperial female team players.

Despite societal progress and the pursuit of gender equality, gender discrimination persists in the workplace. News reports reveal that unethical companies fire pregnant employees to avoid maternity leave and wasting company resources. Female employees who are promoted may face gossip from colleagues for their looks, being seen as "pretty faces" without real talent.
The esports scene is facing similar challenges. Despite rapid development, all-female teams are often viewed unfavorably. Some strangers, upon learning that a teammate is a female player, will harass them, using gender-based discrimination against their skills and verbally abusing them as noobs. Recently, a member of the renowned Spirit youth training team was accused of gender discrimination. The youth training coach, hyskeee, posted a screenshot of a chat log on social media. The log clearly shows that one of the players, Fernando_Mag, used insulting language to attack the female player, writing, "I'm going to slap each and every one of you."
Leaving aside skill or professional ethics, politeness symbolizes a person's character, regardless of gender. These remarks are truly infuriating. Hyskeee directly criticized and questioned the character of the Spirit players. The captain of the Imperial women's team also spoke out, condemning the unethical behavior of the Spirit club players and hoping for swift action to end their professional careers.
After the incident escalated, Spirit youth team manager Dmitry Bukhteev issued a statement explaining that he upholds the high ethical standards of professional players, does not support any discriminatory remarks, promises to take the strictest disciplinary action against the players involved, and apologizes to all those affected and the public.
