LCK powerhouse Hanhwa Life Esports (HLE) announced on Thursday via their official X (Twitter) account that they have renewed the contracts of their top laner Zeus and mid laner Zeka.
According to HLE's official statement, both players have signed on a one-year contracts with the club which will run until the end of the 2026 season. The club looks forward to achieving new successes with them.
In addition, according to foreign media outlet Esports Insider, support player Delight has not yet officially announced whether he will stay with the team, so his future remains uncertain.
It is now a fact that ace jungler Peanut will temporarily leave the scene to complete his mandatory South Korean military service.
Viper is rumoured to be leaving the LCK to join JDG.
Former T1 ace ADC Gumayusi is rumoured to be close to returning to HLE after six years and will reunite with his former teammate Zeus.

About Zeus
Zeus, 21, whose real name is Choi Woo-je, was born on January 31, 2005, in Incheon, South Korea, is only 21 years old and plays as a top laner.
Zeus joined T1's academy team in December 2019 and made his T1 debut in the 2021 Spring Split, thus beginning his professional League of Legends esports career.
At the time, as Canna's stand-in, Zeus demonstrated considerable skill.
During his four-year spell with T1, Zeus helped the team win two League of Legends World Championships, one LCK Spring Split title, and one Esports World Cup. He also represented South Korea in the 2022 Asian Games, defeating Chinese Taipei to win a gold medal.
During this spell, Zeus's outstanding skills earned him three LCK All-Pro First Team selections, one LCK All-Pro Second Team selection, and one LCK All-Pro Third Team selection. He also won the Worlds Championship Finals MVP award once and the LCK Awars' Top Laner of the Year award three times.
Furthermore, he was inducted into the Esports Hall of Fame in 2022.
In November 2024, Zeus transferred to HLE, swapping teams with Doran.
This year, Zeus won the First Stand with the team, was named the LCK Cup Finals MVP, and was selected to the LCK All-Pro Third Team.
About Zeka
Currently only 22 years old, Zeka, whose real name is Kim Gun-woo, was born on November 28, 2002, in Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. He began playing professional League of Legends in 2019, primarily as a mid laner.
Zeka initially used the ID Dean when he joined KT Rolster as a trainee. Later, persuaded by current T1 coach kkOma, he transferred to the latter's then-club Vici Gaming (VG) and officially changed his ID to Zeka.
During this time, he was named the Best Rookie of the Week 6 of the 2020 LPL Summer Split and won 7 MVP awards.
At the end of 2020, Zeka transferred to Bilibili Esports (BLG).
During this time, he won a total of 13 MVP awards in the 2021 LPL Spring and Summer Splits.
After his contract expired in 2021, Zeka returned to the LCK, joining DRX.
During this time, he helped the team defeat T1 to win the Worlds Championship and was named Player of the Year and Mid Laner of the Year at the 2022 LCK Awards.
At the end of 2022, Zeka transferred to HLE.
