Alliance has loaned out Metizport's young player MaiL09 until the end of June.

Swedish CS2 professional team Alliance announced on Thursday that it has loaned Metizport rifler Liam Tugel (ID: MaiL09) until the end of June.

MaiL09 was relegated to the bench by Metizport last December because "it was difficult to find the most suitable position for him in the existing system." His move to Alliance will fill the void left by Alex Sandgren (ID: poiii) after his transfer to 100 Thieves.

Despite being only 16 years old, MaiL09 already possesses extensive CS2 experience. He has played for several teams, including Young Gods, GODSENT, and Johnny Speeds, before joining Metizport in July 2025.

To date, MaiL09 has played 86 maps and participated in 1842 rounds for Metizport, with an average rating of 1.08. His most recent appearance for Metizport was in the offline Swedish Cup finals on November 15, 2025, where he was defeated 0-3 by Alliance.

Regarding the decision to loan out MaiL09, Metizport explained in a statement: "We have a strong and positive partnership with Alliance and believe that this environment is most conducive to MaiL09's continued growth. This loan is crucial to his development and will help him gain valuable experience in a high-level competitive environment."

According to the schedule, MaiL09 will make her Alliance debut in the first season of the United21 Esplay Challenge on January 24th. The current Alliance roster is as follows:
