RW Heroes Esports Club's Honor of Kings division in Jinan announced that, after friendly negotiations and respecting the wishes of both parties, Tan Bin (ID: Pangpang ) has officially been appointed as the team's head coach, responsible for all coaching duties in the team's subsequent matches. This appointment marks a significant step forward for the team in terms of strategic planning and team management.  

Coach Pangpang possesses extensive coaching experience and is renowned for his exceptional game insight and team cohesion. Throughout his career, he has led his teams to overcome numerous difficulties and achieve remarkable results. The club stated that with his solid tactical foundation and stable training rhythm, Coach Pangpang's addition will bring RW Xia a more complete tactical system and stronger resilience in actual combat.  

In terms of coaching philosophy, Fatty emphasizes a balance between teamwork and individual growth. He excels at developing targeted tactics based on the opponent's characteristics, while also being adept at tapping into the player's potential, enabling the team to maintain flexibility and adaptability during matches. The club stated that this advantage will help RW Xia remain competitive in the new season and seize the initiative in key matches.
