Rayo Vallecano completes contract extension with Spanish winger Álvaro García..

Rayo Vallecano announced on its official website on Tuesday that the club has renewed the contract of its Spanish winger Álvaro García.
According to Rayo Vallecano's official statement, García has signed on a new three-year-and-a-half deal with the club which will run until the summer of 2028.
About Álvaro García
Álvaro García, 32, was born on October 27, 1992 in Utrera, Spain. He is 1.68 meters tall and primarily plays as a left winger. He can also play as a right winger or attacking midfielder.
García joined the youth academy non-league club Goyo-Ryu in 2010 and completed his Utrera first-team debut in October of the same year.
In January 2013, García moved to San Fernando as a free agent.
In July of the same year, García joined Granada as a free agent.
In August 2014, García was loaned-out to Racing Santander.
In August of the following year, García joined Cadiz on loan with an option to buy, and his ownership was later officially bought out by Cadiz in July 2016.
During his two-year spell at Cadiz, García received a lot of praise for his high goalscoring efficiency.
In August 2018, García joined Rayo Vallecano for €3 million.
Since becoming a member of Rayito, García has played 252 times for the La Liga club in all competitions, scoring 35 goals and assisting 34 goals. During which, he has won the Spanish Segunda Division promotion play-off once with the club and is also the second-highest scoring player in Rayo Vallecano's club history.
