RED Canids Official: reNTU Officially Appointed as Sniper

Brazilian CS2 team RED Canids announced on Thursday that 20-year-old Renan Cardoso (ID: reNTU) has been promoted from the academy team to the main roster. Following the recent departure of Alan Lawrence (ID: history), reNTU has officially taken over as sniper.

reNTU also made his RED Canids debut in today's BB Circuit X São Paulo Carnival group stage. He played a total of 4 maps and participated in 76 rounds, with an average personal rating of 1.24, helping RED Canids advance to the quarterfinals as the top seed in their group.

After the match, reNTU told Dust2.com.br, "To stay with the team, I must perform well and fulfill my responsibilities. This is a principle I always follow in my life. When you're not performing well, you'll inevitably drag everyone around you down. That's why being responsible is the best way to drive the team's progress."

He then reiterated: "I hope to continue to perform well, maintain good communication, and do my job diligently in the upcoming matches, because I know that as long as I perform well, I can stay on the team. That is my goal."

RED Canids will compete in IEM Rio later this month, and their current roster is as follows:
