Liam Delap: Harry Kane is someone I have always admired

Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap has spoken of an inspiring training session he had with England captain Harry Kane.  

Liam Delap plays for the England U21 national team, but was invited by England coach Thomas Tuchel to train with the senior team. This gave Liam Delap, who has scored 10 Premier League goals this season, the opportunity to play with and have some conversations with England's all-time top scorer.  

Liam Delap said: "That was my first time training with Harry Kane, he's someone I've looked up to for years and he's got everything.  

"Harry Kane has had an amazing career and he's still achieving more. So, I really admire Harry Kane and to be able to watch him live was a very special experience and a wish fulfillment for me."  

"I spoke to Harry Kane a bit and he's a really good guy. I watched Harry Kane shoot a lot and I learned a lot from him. Harry Kane is really good and I noticed that all his shots went in.  

"Harry Kane's all-round game is really outstanding and he has been playing at the top level for a long time. As a striker, Harry Kane is really the best player I have ever seen and I really enjoy watching him in practice."
