Nottingham Forest beat Brighton 4-2 on penalties, and penalty hero Mats Sells praised his team-mates for their performance.

The goalkeeper saved two consecutive penalties, and then Ryan Yates scored Nottingham Forest's final penalty to ensure Nottingham Forest's advancement to the cup semi-final. Mats Sells said the team's training work was effective and the players and fans should enjoy this moment of victory.

Mats Sales said: "It's a proud moment. We didn't give up too many chances. We were solid in this game and the guys played well."

"We had a few chances to score in the game but we went to penalties. I did some research and it helped a lot for the team."

"We have been training penalties in the past few weeks. However, training is different from a match because the pressure is high. Nevertheless, I am very happy to save two penalties for the team."

“My teammates played really well in this game, I’m very proud of them, and we are really looking forward to the next game. Our fans haven’t reached the semi-finals in a few years, so we are all looking forward to this game and hope to achieve more.”
