Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca said the team is one of the biggest clubs in the world, so all players who play for the team must bear a certain amount of pressure.
Chelsea are still working towards qualification for next season's Champions League, which they can qualify for by finishing fifth or higher in the Premier League. Chelsea only have 180 minutes left to secure a spot in the European final.
Therefore, every game ahead for Chelsea is crucial and Enzo Maresca urged his players to go all out and strive for victory in the games.
Enzo Maresca said: "For a team, there is no bad time to play, only the right time to play. We still have six Premier League games and two semi-finals. We have a total of eight official games to play, and each one is very important. If we want to achieve something, then now is the most critical moment."
"Chelsea is a huge club, one of the biggest clubs in the world. So it's normal that there is a certain amount of pressure and when you decide to join Chelsea you have to be ready for that pressure. That's not just for the players but for the manager as well."
Enzo Maresca knows that if he wants to finish the season on a high, the attacking players must improve. He has always emphasized this and constantly encouraged the players in training to achieve this goal.
He said: "I have told all the attacking players that we need more goals and assists. Jadon Sancho has performed well in recent games, but we also need goals and assists from Nico, Cole, Nonny and Enzo."
"I have a lot of confidence in Cole Palmer, he just needs a little adjustment. In his previous 20 Premier League games, Cole Palmer had scored 14 goals, while Nico Williams also scored 14 goals for the team before he got injured.
"Unfortunately, Nico Williams has been out for two months so he needs to get back into shape physically. The same goes for Cole Palmer, who is still recovering from his injury."
