BLAST, the world-renowned esports tournament organizer, announced that the BLAST Slam IV "Dota 2" tournament will be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from November 7 to 9 this year, and will be open to spectators for the first time.
This is also the first time that the BLAST Slam series has moved out of the Copenhagen studio, bringing a live viewing experience to fans around the world. Tickets are now on sale, with single-day tickets starting at S$18 and full three-day passes at S$98.
The organizers have also launched a limited number of exclusive packages, including three levels: "Ancient", "Divine" and "Immortal", which come with exclusive tags, peripheral gift packs, lanyards, and even the opportunity to participate in player meetings.
Since BLAST entered the Dota 2 circle last November, it has successfully held three Slam series events, with a prize pool of up to $1 million. Each champion will receive a prize of $400,000, of which $300,000 goes to the player and $100,000 goes to the team organization.
Tundra Esports is the reigning champion of this series, having won both BLAST Slam II and III, and finished second in the inaugural event, right behind BetBoom Team.
BLAST Slam IV is the fifth of nine Dota 2 events BLAST plans to host by 2026, and marks a new phase for the series as it moves toward a broader international stage and embraces more viewers and fans.
