Brazilian Counter Strike 2 club Imperial officially signed SAW rifler shr..


Brazilian Counter Strike 2 (CS2) club Imperial announced on Tuesday through its official X (Twitter) account that the team has signed rifler shr from SAW.


According to Imperial's official statement, shr will replace the vacancy left by decenty after the latter was recently benched.


He is also the second member to join the club's roster recently since the club announced the return of rifler chelo a few days ago.


In fact, before this announcement, shr had participated in and won the Thunderpick World Championship 2025 - South American Series 1 with his new teammates, and successfully advanced to the Malta offline tournament closed qualifiers.


About shr


The 24-year-old shr was born in Portugal on January 17, 2001. He primarily plays as a rifler and can also play as a AWP-er.


shr began to become a professional Counter Strike e-sports player in 2019. He has played for YouClap and ManK and joined the SAW Academy in August 2021.


From January of the following year to July 2022, shr played for eXpolit, GTZ and OFFSET, and joined VELOX in August 2022.


During his four-month spell he played for VELOX, shr won the top three in multiple C-tier tournaments with the team.


In January 2023, shr returned to GTZ.


After returning to GTZ, shr won a total of 5 Portuguese local C-tier tournaments championships with the team. He also won one championship and won the second place in another tournament when he played for For The Win (FTW) for a short time, successfully making his name known.


In December 2024, shr returned to SAW.


During this spell, he participated in PGL Cluj-Napoca as a stand-in and reached the quarterfinals, but was eventually eliminated after losing 0:2 to FaZe Clan.
