Team Spirit once again wins the BLAST Bounty Fall 2025 championship

After winning the IEM Cologne trophy, Team Spirit once again reached the top of BLAST Bounty Fall 2025, sweeping The MongolZ 3-0 to win the championship.

As the most popular team in the current Counter-Strike 2 arena, Team Spirit demonstrated their dominance and left their opponents with almost no chance. Although the score was lopsided in this final, the process was not one-sided.

The first map, Nuke, lasted all 24 rounds. Despite their best efforts, The MongolZ was still defeated by donk at a crucial moment. Entering the second map, Mirage, a map always considered The MongolZ's home turf, they successfully dragged the game into overtime.

However, Team Spirit, with their more stable team performance, secured another victory, extending the series lead to 2-0. Facing a desperate Ancient, The MongolZ, already exhausted in both strength and momentum, was unable to mount a further challenge. Team Spirit quickly concluded the battle with a 13-5 victory, successfully defending their BLAST Bounty title.

For The MongolZ, this was undoubtedly a huge disappointment. They had just eliminated a formidable opponent, Team Vitality, in the semifinals, proving they could challenge the top teams. However, consecutive defeats at the BLAST Austin Major and this final meant they were still just a hair's breadth away from true Tier 1 glory.

In the past year, The MongolZ won the YaLLa Compass and Thunderpick World Championship trophies, but in 2025, they aimed to reach a higher stage, but they still failed to cross the last threshold.
