Their mechanics haven't been weakened, their strength is T0.5, their stats are favored, and their ceiling is high, making them a panacea. If you prefer a lone ranger playstyle and don't enjoy teamfights, I recommend Cao Cao. He's comfortable pushing lanes without fear of being caught. Kuang Tie can freely enter and exit teamfights, has a shield and health regeneration, and is a more advanced Bai Qi, ready to counterattack even with low health.

Hainuo is a ruthless cultivator in this meta, capable of both attack and retreat. The most fun part is his ultimate's teleport. Mastering the right balance of health and teleport time allows him to withstand all attacks, then activate his ultimate, Time Rewind, returning to his original position. He's not afraid of being caught by three enemies, and can suppress shorter heroes in lane. He's especially fearful of encountering Lu Bu, whose true damage is so strong he can't even be pinned down. Each of these options has its merits, depending on the player's preferred output method.
