AaB official: Former sniper SinK officially leaves the team


Danish esports club AaB announced on Thursday that it has parted ways with its CS2 professional player Thomas Lawson (ID: SinK).


SinK, 25, a native Dane, trained professionally with AaB as a teenager. He joined Preasy from the AaB youth team in May of this year and has played in 9 maps and 214 rounds for the team, averaging 70.7 damage and 1.06 kills per match, respectively, for an average rating of 1.00.


In July 2025, SinK returned to AaB as a sniper. To date, he has played 64 times in AaB, participating in 1,356 rounds, but his average damage and KD values have dropped to 65.6 and 0.94 respectively, and his personal average rating has dropped to 0.95.


Regarding SinK's departure, AaB expressed regret in a statement: "He was a top professional player with a kind heart. We are deeply saddened by his departure... Thank you for the time, hard work and dedication he has put into the team! We also sincerely wish him all the best in the future - he is one of the most professional players in our team's history!"


"SinK is no longer a member of our team. He is free to explore new development opportunities," AaB concluded. As for SinK's future whereabouts, it is currently unknown.
